Day Go Tours is a Limited Liability Company organized under California law on May 14th 1998, to provide travel tours to the general public. While the business activities are conducted from our fully equipped home office at 1161 Meadow Lake Drive, Vista, CA 92084, we use the services of large and successful companies to provide various transportation and tour services. The proprietor, Roberta (Bobbie) Riparetti-Schultz, has been providing tour services to the resort industry and senior centers for the past 15 years through Day Go Tours, and a predecessor company.

The mission of Day Go Tours LLC is to provide
comprehensive one-day tour services to the resort industry along I-5 in Orange
and San Diego Counties.
Customer satisfaction is our number one objective.
Many unsolicited favorable comments are received after each tour. Throughout the year, many customers write personal letters and cards expressing satisfaction and thanks for the tour services rendered.
Surcharges:
If our bus company charges us a fuel surcharge,
this cost will be allocated evenly to our patrons on each trip
Disclaimer:
Day Go Tours, authorized agents, or tour leaders for groups act
solely as agents of the tour members in making arrangements for transportation
or any tour related services and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any
injury, damage, illness, death, loss, accident, delay, or other causes. Tour members agree to hold free and harmless
owners and agents of Day Go Tours from any damage or claims of any nature
whatsoever which may arise while traveling and additionally are held responsible
for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the tour.
Reservations & Cancellation:
Unless otherwise stated in current brochures, & other advertisements,
payment in full or balance is required 48 hours prior to departure of any day
trip. A 5% processing fee will be charged for customer cancellations after
payment has been made. If cancellation of a trip becomes necessary, full
refunds will be made promptly. Please arrive at the designated Bus Pick Up Point
15 minutes prior to the stated departure time, the bus can not wait
beyond the stated pick up time!
Delays & Cancellations:
Problems beyond the control of Day Go Tours may cause an adjustment,
change, delay, or deletion of portions of our advertised tour, content or
schedule. Day Go Tours will not provide compensation or return of payments for
tours partially or substantially completed
